Life Saving Chaplaincy International is a service to provide Chaplains to Life Saving Communities around the world.

Terry Legg, the founder of Life Saving Chaplaincy Australia (LSCA), started Life Saving Chaplaincy International (LSCI) in 1995. Just like in Australia, he saw the need for Chaplains to enrich the lives of Life Savers by demonstrating God’s mercy and grace to them all around the world. Some of who are battling harsher water conditions than Australia.

Terry attended his 1st International Life Saving Federation World Championships, held at Manley Beach, Australia, and manned the Life Saving Chaplaincy tent, where members from various nations and Australia clubs requested information about Chaplaincy in their country. Terry has continued to travel to the World Life Saving Championships each 2 years, having a Life Saving tent in which life savers from other countries visit.

This year at the 2016 World Life Saving Championship in the Netherlands, Terry once again manned the Life Saving Chaplaincy tent in which 27 different nations visited. He also arranged the Ecumenical service, where World Champion beach competitor, Davina Struss read the scripture and Terry spoke on the scripture.
